How to mark a conversation as a follow-up?

This feature allows you to Mark a conversation as follow-up.

Mark a conversation as follow-up in Inbox.

Select the Contact/Conversation >> Click on Menu >> Mark as follow-up

Mark a conversation as follow-up in Flow Builder.

Select Action >> Inbox >> Mark conversation as follow-up
